प्यारे साथियो मैं आप सबका बहुत आभारी हूँ, के पिछले दिनों मैंने जितने भी बलॉग्स लिखे, आप सभी ने उस पे ढेरों कमैंट्स भेजे, तो इस लिए मैं आप सभी का बहुत-बहुत धन्यवाद करना चाहता हूँ। मुझे इस बात का बहुत गर्व है,अगर मेरे लिखे हुए ब्लोग्स पड़ कर अगर किसी को कोई लाभ होता हो। दोस्तों अगर कोई मुझ से पूछता है के मैं कौन सी एक चीज़ में मास्टरी कर लूँ जिससे मैं दुनिया जीत जाऊ, सवर्ग चला जाऊ या करोड़ो रूपये कमा लू तो मैं एक ही चीज़ कहता हूँ की अपनी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल बढ़ायो । अभी थोड़ी देर पहले मैंने ये कहा की ये स्किल आप को स्वर्ग पे भी लेजा सकती है कैसे ?क्यूंकि अगर आपकी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल अच्छी है तो आप मीठा बात करेंगे, आप मीठा बात करेंगे तो आप के रिश्ते अपने आप अच्छे बनेगे , आप का बुसिनेस और प्रोफेशन भी बढ़ेगा , कहने का मतलब आप की पूरी ज़िंदगी बदल सकती है। आज के ब्लॉग में मैं आप को कम्युनिकेशन स्किल के बारे में कुछ बाते बताऊंगा जो हम अगर अपनी रोज मरा की ज़िंदगी में इस्तेमाल करेंगे तो हम जरूर सफलता प्राप्त करेंगे। तो वो कोन कोन सी बाते है जिसका आप को कम्युनिकेशन करते समय ध्यान रखना चाहिए ,चाहे आप अच्छे सेल्समैन है, चाहे आप अच्छे बिजनेसमैन हो, चाहे आप कोई करयाना का बिज़नेस चला रहे हो , चाहे आप पार्लर चला रहे हो, चाहे  स्कूल में पड़ा रहे हो , चाहे आप कोई नेता हो तो ये 6 छोटी-छोटी बाते है जो हम अगर अपने में इस्तेमाल करते है तो आप अपने बिज़नेस को नेक्स्ट लेवल पे लेजा सकते है या आप पॉलिटिक्स के बादशाह बन सकते हो। 
                

1. प्रजेंस ऑफ़ माइंड : प्रेज़ेन्स ऑफ़ माइंड कम्युनिकेशन स्किल के लिए बहुत जरुरी है। मैने कई लोगो को देखा है वह दुसरो को बाते कानो से तो सुनते है पर उसको दिलो दिमाग से नहीं समझते , अगर हम उसको दिलो दिमाग से समझे और बोलने  वालो को ध्यान से सुने तब हम कम्युनिकेशन पूरा स कर सकते है। मैं आप को एक उदाहरण देता हूँ , एक बार मैने एक प्रोडक्ट खरीदा तो उसके बॉक्स के ऊपर लिखा था के इनसाइड फ्री पेन मैं उस बॉक्स खरीद के घर ले आया और जब बॉक्स खोला तो उसमें से प्रोडक्ट के इलावा कुछ भी नहीं निकला। प्रोडक्ट बढ़िया था मैं और मैंने अपने फ्रेंड्स को भी खरीदने को बोला। जब मैंने कस्टमर केयर पे काल करके बोला के आप के प्रोडक्ट्स से मुझे प्रॉब्लम है तो मेरा इतना कहने की बात थी की कस्टमर केयर वाले मुझे बोलने लगे हमारा प्रोडक्ट तो बढ़िया है ,हमारे तो कई लाख यूजर है कभी कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं आयी। कस्टमर केयर वालो ने मेरी बात तो सुनी पर पूरी नहीं और न ही समझने की कोशिश की तो मैंने उनको समझाया भाई मेरे कहने का मतलब आप का प्रोडक्ट तो बहुत बढ़िया है मैंने तो उसका और भी कई लोगो को खरीदनी को भी बोला पर उसमें जो लिखा है की इस बॉक्स के अंदर एक पेन निकलेगा वो नहीं निकला। तो उसको फिर पूरा समझ लगा। कहने का मतलब हमारा कम्युनिकेशन तभी पूरा होगा जब अपनी माइंड ऑफ़ प्रजेंस होगी पहले हमे बोलने वाले की बात पूरी तरह समझनी चाहिए। सुनने में और समझने में अंतर है। 

2.आँखों में आँखे मिलाकर बात : दूसरी बात का जिसका कम्युनिकेशन में हमे ध्यान रखना होगा वो है हमे जब भी कभी किसी से कम्युनिकेशन करना हो तो आँखों में आंखे डाल कर बाते करे जिससे की सुनने वाले को लगेगा की आप उसे महत्व दे रहे है और वो बात भी ध्यान से सुनेगा। कभी भी किसी से कम्युनिकेशन करते समय इदर उदर नहीं देखना चाहिए। जिससे कम्युनिकेशन पूरा नहीं होता और हम दुसरो को अपनी बात पूरी तरह नहीं समझा सकते। हमे हमेश पावर पोजीशन में खड़ना चाहिए, आप का पूरा वेट पैरो पे और आप हाथ दोनों हाथ नाभि के बराबर और जब भी बात करे तो हाथो से इशारे कर के समझाए। जिससे के समझने वालो को अच्छी तरह से बात समझ लगे और आप की बात में वजन लगे। 

3.डिस्ट्रक्शन को ख़तम करो  : जब भी कभी आप अपनी बात किसी को कहने जा रहे हो जा कोई आप को बात समझाने जा रहा हो तब उससे पहले आप हर तरह के डिस्ट्रक्शन को ख़तम कर दे। मतलब के जब भी आप ने किसी के साथ कोई मीटिंग रखी हो तो आप को उनसे उनका लेवल देख कर उनसे बोलना होगा के सर अगर आप माइंड न करे तो क्या आप कुछ समय के लिए आप अपना फ़ोन बंद करोगे। जिससे के सामने वाला  समझ जायेगा के आप उससे बहुत जरुरी बात करना चाहते हो। आप ने कभी देखा होगा अगर हम गरूप मैं बैठे है तो आप अगर कोई बात कर रहे है तो बीच में किसी का फ़ोन आ जाये तो आप का सारा फ्लो टूट जाता है और आप जिस फ्लो से कोई चीज़ समझाना चाहते है आप उसको उतने फ्लो में चीज़ बता नहीं पाते। दूसरे मेंबर्स भी फिर बीच बीच में फ़ोन देखने लगते है। तो इस बात का आप ने ध्यान रखना के हर तरह का डिस्ट्रक्शन ख़तम करना है। 

4.आप को ही कमांड करना है: कम्युनिकेशन मे किसी बात को शुरू करने से पहले आप को खुद ही पहले कमांड करनी होगी। जैसे के आप को सबसे कहना होगा ,ये मेरा मोबाइल है , इसको में बंद कर रहा हूँ। आप सब को भी जितनी देर तक अपनी मीटिंग ख़तम नहीं हो जाती मोबाइल फ़ोन स्विच आफ करने होंगे। कहने का मतलब शुरुआती स्टेप आप को करना होगा। जिससे सुनने वालो को लगेगा की बिलकुल सही है कुछ लोग तो अपने आप मोबाइल तुरंत बंद कर देंगे कुछ बाद में बंद करेंगे।  

5.बीच बीच में नोड करे : जब कभी भी कोई आप को कोई कम्युनिकेशन कर रहा हो तो उसे बीच-बीच में उसकी बात का जवाब देते रहे और उसकी बात से संबादित प्रशन करते  रहे। तो बोलने वाले को लगेगा की आप उसकी बात ध्यान से सुन रहे हो और वो आप को भी खुद ब खुद बोलने का मौका देगा। बीच बीच में सिर हिला के, इशारे से , हैरानी से  कहने का मतलब बोलने वाले को लगे आप को उसमें पूरा इंटरेस्ट है तब वो कही जा कर आप को मौका देगा। इससे आप का कम्युनिकेशन और बढ़िया हो जाता। 

6. किसी बात को दिल पे न लगाओ :  हमेशा सकारात्मक सोच रखनी चाहिए अगर आप को कोई बात कहे कभी भी उसको दिल पे नहीं लगाना चाहिए। अगर आप छोटी छोटी बातें को दिल पे लगते हो तो आप कभी भी इस स्किल को नहीं सीख सकोगे। छोटी छोटी बातो को कभी भी दिल पे न लगाए। हमेश उसको पॉजिटिव ले। दुसरो को कभी भी न लगे की आप उसकी बात को पेर्सनली ले रहे हो। अगर आप को दुसरो की किसी बात का बुरा भी लगता है तो उसको कभी भी गुस्से से पलट कर कोई जवाब न दे।

Just a little while ago, I said that how can this skill take you to heaven too? Because if your communication skill is good then you will talk sweet, if you talk sweet, then your relationship will be good, your business and Profession will also increase, saying that means your whole life can change. In today's blog, I will tell you a few things about the communication skills, which if we use in our daily life, we will definitely get success. So what are the things that you should keep in mind while communicating, whether you are a good salesman, whether you are a good businessman, whether you are running a business of a business, whether you are running a parlor, or in school. If you are a leader, then these are six small things that if we use in ourselves, then you can take your business to the next level or you can become the king of politics. .

1. Presence of Mind: Presence of mind is very important for communication skills. I have seen many people, they listen to others with their ears, but they do not understand them with their hearts and minds, if we understand them with their hearts and listen to the speakers carefully then we can complete the communication. Let me give you an example, once I bought a product, I wrote on top of its box that I brought the inside free pen home to buy that box and when I opened the box, nothing came out of the product. The product was great and I also asked my friends to buy it. When I called my customer care and said that I have a problem with your products, then I had to say that my customer care started telling me that our product is good, we have lakhs of users, no problem ever came. The customer care listeners listened to me, but they did not understand or tried to understand, so I explained to them, brother, I mean to say that your product is very good, I also asked to buy many more people but what was written in it Is that a pen will come out inside this box, it does not come out. Then he got full understanding. To say that our communication will be complete only when we have our own mind of presence, first we should understand the person's words completely. There is a difference between listening and understanding.

2. Talking with eyes in the eye: The second thing that we have to take care of in communication is that whenever we want to communicate with someone, do so by putting eyes in the eyes so that the listener will feel that you are giving importance to him. And he will listen to that thing also carefully. Never should see your stomach while communicating with anyone. Due to which communication is not complete and we cannot fully explain our point to others. We should always stand in the power position, pay full weight to you and both your hands equal to the navel and whenever you talk, explain it by pointing to the hands. So that those who understand can understand the matter very well and put weight in your talk.

3. Finish the distribution: Whenever you are going to say something to someone or if someone is going to explain it to you, then before that you finish every kind of distraction. Meaning that whenever you have held a meeting with someone, you will have to see their level and speak to them, Sir, if you do not mind, will you turn off your phone for some time. The person in front of you will understand that you want to talk to him very important. Have you ever seen that if we are sitting in the form, then if you are talking, then when someone's phone comes in the middle, then all your flow is broken and the flow with which you want to explain something is in that flow. Can not tell things. Other members also start to see the phone again and again. So keep in mind that you have to finish every kind of destruction.

4. You have to do the command itself: Before starting any thing in communication, you have to do the command yourself first. Like you have to say, this is my mobile, I am turning it off. You all have to switch off the mobile phone till the time your meeting is over. Saying this will be the initial step for you. Which will make the listeners feel that it is absolutely right, some people will automatically stop the mobile immediately and some will stop later.

5. Make a node in between: Whenever someone is communicating to you, keep interrogating him intermittently and questioning him. So the speaker will feel that you are listening to him carefully and he will also give you a chance to speak on his own. In between, nodding in a gesture, saying with astonishment means that the speaker said that you have full interest in it, then he will give you a chance to go somewhere. This would make your communication even better.

6. Do not put anything on the heart: Always keep positive thinking, if you say anything, you should never put it on the heart. If you take small things to heart then you will never be able to learn this skill. Never mind small things. Always take him positive. Never let others think that you are taking his word personally. If you feel bad about anything about others, then never turn back and give him an answer.
